Business Development Program Supports Latino entrepreneurs

The Hispanic Metropolitan Chamber's technical assistance program supports Latina entrepreneurs, like Gabriela Mendoza, thanks to public investments from the city of Vancouver, Beaverton, and the Portland Development Commission.
