• Rebuild low-income rentals in area
• Create higher density housing downtown, a range of housing options, more services for residents and workers
• Create a catalyst project for the West End

Project Description

The St. Francis is an affordable housing replacement project that is part of the three-block mixed-use Museum Place revitalization effort including the YWCA Downtown Center, Museum Place Lofts and Townhouses, Eliot Tower Condominiums and Madison Office Condominiums.
