You can now download the RFP from the City of Portland's Bureau of Purchasing website. You must register as a vendor on the City of Portland's website in the telecommunications category:

Media and other interested parties should visit the city's Bid Information Online website and register for a vendor number (if they do not have one already) to be able to download the RFP.

M/W/ESB firms wishing to partner with vendors that attended the mandatory pre-bid conference will find a complete list on Portland Bid Information - RFP No. 104112. You will need to be registered as a vendor, and been assigned a vendor number, to access the list. M/W/ESBs seeking certification should visit the Oregon Office of Minority, Women and Emerging Small Businesses or call 503-947-7976.
