Central City Housing Inventory Every three years the Portland Development Commission conducts an inventory of all residential properties within the Central City as a data collection effort to assist in city-wide decision making and policy development. The Central City Housing Inventory (CCHI) provides a snapshot of the current stock of Central City for-sale and rental housing. Included in this report is information regarding the amount of housing, the type of housing, and the affordability of housing.
