PDC’s Business Services department is aligned to serve the needs of businesses by target industry. By focusing on the development and growth of companies by specific industry, we’ve increased the impact and effectiveness of our business services program locally and regionally, and are more effective in working with industries considering the Portland area for expansion. Protect the Environment While Creating and Protecting Jobs

PDC is partnering with the Zero Waste Alliance on a pilot incentive program focused on improving human and environmental health. Matching funds are available for Portland businesses to develop innovative strategies to reduce or eliminate hazardous materials or chemicals, use materials efficiently, use energy efficiently, and/or reduce emissions to air, soil or water.
