More than 70 people participated in Governor Kulongoski’s recent trade mission to Germany, making it the largest governor’s trade mission in Oregon history. The trip built bridges to European investors, stimulated interest in doing business in Oregon, and laid the groundwork for future trade incubators and business accelerators here in Portland.
