Oregon Prospector Site Locator has Launched

Real estate brokers and owners, please take note! On May 3, Governor Ted Kulongoski officially launched the Oregon Prospector website, and announced his “Project Ready Site” program. The governor’s program is an important initiative to get Oregon moving upward economically. Oregon Prospector offers site selectors, businesses and economic development professionals an informative, easy to use tool to locate available buildings and properties in Oregon, along with detailed demographic data.

A series of announcements about Oregon Prospector is going to more than 2,500 site selectors throughout the U.S.—but additional properties must be included on the Oregon Prospector for the program to be truly credible and fulfill its potential value.

Visit www.oregonprospector.com to see what this new tool can provide—and then get your properties entered onto Oregon Prospector!

For a cost of only $25 per site per year, communities, realtors and brokers can list their available commercial and industrial property and market them nationwide.

OEDA (Oregon Economic Development Association) can help you get started: contact OEDA Chair Tim McCabe at Pacific Power, Timothy.mccabe@pacificorp.com or the OEDA office at 503-829-6786 or oedaoregon@molalla.net.
