PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE FOR EXECUTIVE SESSIONS OF THE
PDC EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR SEARCH COMMITTEE

WHAT/WHO

The PDC Executive Director Search Committee will be holding three executive sessions during the month of June. The purpose of these meetings is for members of the Search Committee to consider the hiring of the Portland Development Commission’s executive director (pursuant to ORS 192.660 (2)(a)). These sessions will follow a public meeting scheduled for June 6 at the PDC office to gather community feedback regarding criteria, standards and policy directives in the selection of a new executive director.

These executive sessions are closed to the public, although representatives of the news media may attend. During the week of June 13, opportunities for the public to meet the Executive Director finalists will be scheduled and announced.

The public may review the proposed standards, criteria and policy directives for hiring an executive director on PDC’s website: www.pdc.us/director. Complete information will be posted by 4 PM, June 3, 2005.
