Minority Evaluator Program

The Portland Development Commission invites people of color to participate in the Minority Evaluator Program.  This program is designed to ensure Portland’s diverse communities are represented on PDC’s evaluation committees for Requests For Proposals (RFPs).

What is the Minority Evaluator Program (MEP)?

A program created to include at least one minority evaluator provided by the Alliance of Minority Chambers to serve on the City and PDC evaluation panels that award contracts. Visit www.minorityevaluatorprogram.com

As a person of color in the community, you bring a diverse perspective, experience and will provide valuable input to the City of Portland and PDC Contract Award Process.
