PDC Oregon Bond Loan

The Portland Development Commission no longer offers the Oregon Bond Loan funded by Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS).  While OHCS is not currently accepting reservations, www.OregonBond.us, is still a good website to learn more about the program and to find a lender who specializes in helping first-time homebuyers. OHCS does anticipate reopening the program sometime later this year.
