PDC offers employers a single point of contact for recruiting and training a skilled workforce, in partnership with Worksystems, Inc., community colleges, higher education and workforce training organizations.

Worksystems and its partners assist employers with screening and training, and offer an online employment matching service. Our workforce partnership connects people with jobs, serving industries, small businesses and entrepreneurs, adults, families and youth.
